
Sue joined Envesca in 1999 to assist Simon with the growing business. She played a vital role in the development and expansion of the company and ensured the smooth transition from a small family business based at home to a much larger organisation with an office in Gloucester City.
She also saw the opportunity to expand the portfolio of courses, building relationships with specialist trainers in subjects such as First Aid and Fire Safety to the point at which Envesca now offers a wide range of over 40 courses.
As Office Manager it is Shelley's responsibility to supervise and manage the administrative functions to ensure the efficient day to day running of the business. She liases with our trainers and customers to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction. She is also repsonsible for securing new business, a part of her job she really enjoys.
In May 2011 Shelley will be celebrating 10 years with Envesca.
Lianne joined Envesca in December 2009 as PA to the Managing Director, a role which also incorporates the book-keeping function. Lianne has played a vital part in the development and growth of our Support Service.
She recently studied Accountancy at Gloscat, a part of the job that she really enjoys.
In March 2011 Envesca welcomed Paigle into the office team as a Business Administration apprentice to assist in office tasks and administrative support.
Working closely with other members of staff and supervised by the Managing Director, she thoroughly enjoys adapting to a wide variety of tasks, new projects and taking on regular responsibilities. Daily tasks that Paigle enjoys include course preparations, receptionist duties, updating database records and preparing exam papers to distribute to the examination board of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
