When deciding where to gain my CIEH Level 3 Award in Training Skills and Practice, It was a no brainer, as after using Envesca for many previous courses, I concluded that not only do Sue and Simon and their team offer a highly professional, yet very friendly and personal service, from booking the course, giving information about the course and joining instructions, you can always rely on the course tutor to do a fantastic job in not only teaching you new skills, but making it fun and enjoyable. When I did my Level 3 Award in Training Skills and Practice, this was no different and I gained so much from this course and particularly enjoyed the style in which Alan the Trainer on those 3 days delivered the course and put us all at ease. I would highly recommend Envesca to anyone wanting a seamless and enjoyable learning process and look forward to seeing them all again for my next course.

I have found the Level 3 Food Safety Refresher course very well set out. The trainer has covered all subjects in a easy to learn and interesting way. I feel I will go away with knowledge that is relevant to real work life and will be transferrable if needed. I would recommend Envesca as the number one training company to all.

May I begin by thanking you for the very kind gift you sent at Xmas. I was really chuffed to get a Merit in my Level 3 exam. Compliments must go to Simon and Alan for an excellent course even if it was a long way to travel all the way from Portsmouth for it was very much worth it!
With reference to a recent CIEH level four course in food safety that I have just passed, I would like to offer a few words of praise for Envesca. I was required to obtain a high level food safety qualification for my current role as an auditor of pest control systems in the food manufacturing industry. With only basic food safety knowledge (mainly just common sense) and no formal qualifications, I set out with an open mind and a big black book to pass the level four food safety exam. Not expecting to pass the course on the first attempt, I was surprised to have not only passed but also achieved a Merit! I can only put this achievement down to the trainers at Envesca, Simon and Lesley. It was apparent from the start that each tutor was an expert in their chosen area and neither crossed the boundaries of the other, ensuring that the group received informative and expert information throughout each step of the syllabus. The tutors were both very proactive and discussed our preferred learning styles and adapted their presentations to match, ensuring that we weren’t all killed by power point presentations! Being the only candidate to sit the manufacturing exam out of the group, I was not ignored and where relevant, time was made to explain the differing elements of both exams to me. Without Envesca I would not have been able to pass the exam and their training was more than worth the 250 miles I had to travel.
Since we started using Envesca for food safety training at Gloucestershire Hospitals / Catering Departments I have seen better awareness in staff working practices. Staff have expressed they find the training session involving and interactive as a group and tutors approachable and friendly. I would highly recommend Envesca to any establishment for training purposes. Courses are flexible in a class or using E.learning and can be tailor made for any service or client group.
We have just had a lovely evening with Simon - who would have thought Food Hygiene could be fun! The course was great and we look forward to receiving our results! Its a long time since most of us have taken a test but we enjoyed the course nonetheless. Simon pitched it just right for us.

I chose to use Envesca to complete my Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering. From my initial contact with the staff in the office I knew I had made the right choice, everyone was so natural and friendly and the booking process was straightforward and quick. The pre-course materials and information came promptly and was excellent. The venue for the course was very comfortable and the refreshments were to a good standard. There were many extra caring touches provided by Simon and his staff in the form of Chocolate treats which were much appreciated by us all! I thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience with Envesca, the tutors were all very knowledgeable and experienced and the whole atmosphere was very relaxed from the first moment. There was ample opportunity for group work which meant a great exchange of ideas and experiences between the candidates. The pace of the course was just right and recap and revision was constantly available to ensure that all candidates had maximum understanding, which was really important with assessments looming on the final day! I know personally I felt quite sad when the week was over as Simon and the team had made the whole experience so enjoyable. I would be very happy to study with Envesca again for any future training and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Just to let you know we all found the Fire Marshal training very helpful. Mike has a way of keeping it interesting and giving everyone something to think about. I think the fact that he has a working knowledge of the fire service gives him lots of tales to tell!

I would like to say a big thank you to the whole Envesca team. The guidance provided was invaluable to ensure we booked the correct course for my needs. The course date was arranged to suit me and from initial enquiry to having the course onsite was less than 2 weeks - a very efficient service. Whilst the trainer, Simon, was onsite he took the trouble to walk around our business and suggested improvements we could make. I am convinced that without the insight from Simon and the team we would not have achieved our 5 star food hygiene rating.
