All our e-Learning courses are CIEH products and are accepted by Environmental Health Officers, Local Authorities and other food professionals. The syllabus and learning outcomes are identical to the traditional, class-based course and leads to a Certificate of Completion.

For most businesses a Certificate of Completion is sufficient to demonstrate that your candidate has gained sufficient knowledge to put their skills into practice. However, should you feel that in addition to taking a CIEH e-Learning course you would like your candidates to take an invigilated exam (which would take up to 1 hour) and on successful completion would lead to an accredited certificate, this can be arranged.
