I would just like to say that the Auditing and Inspection Skills course that myself and three other work colleagues attended on Monday was excellent.  The trainer made the course enjoyable and easy to learn and the venue was of a high standard.  The course clarified that the current auditing we complete may need to be restructured and possibly simplified.  I would recommend this course to anyone who has to audit food premises.

I thought Liz was very professional and would give her 10 out of 10.  She was very informative and I felt personally that I was able to digest most of the large amount of information because of her technique and abilitiy to make you feel relaxed.

The Level 1 food safety training that is delivered to us from Envesca is always to a high standard.  The trainers are always punctual, polite, patient and professional.
