Online Training Via Zoom or Teams

This virtual method of onsite safety training is ideal if you would like to train a group of colleagues from different locations.

It has all the advantages of traditional onsite course room training with the additional benefits of less time and money spent travelling!

The training would be delivered by the same trainer and would still be fun and interactive.

If you would prefer accredited training, an online examination can be arranged using Highfield’s Quality at Home Remote Invigilation Service.

Training Cost Savings

Cost Savings

When training a larger group of people, the cost per candidate is typically less when compared to the same group attending one of our public training courses. We recommend that our customers opt for onsite training if they have more than six people to train, as this is often the breakeven point.

Tailored Bespoke 1

& Bespoke

Non-accredited courses can be created to meet your needs and requirements. This can include combining different subjects, for example, manual handling with working at heights or food safety with allergen awareness, providing a training package specific to your employees and your business.

Convenient Flexible

Convenient
& Flexible

Organising training for a group with their own timetables and responsibilities can be challenging. In-house training makes working around people’s schedules easier. Training can be arranged out of regular working hours, e.g. a one-day course can be run over two evenings or even at a weekend.

Team Building

Team
Building

Having a room full of your employees from different departments encourages excellent teamwork. This often sees fantastic results as ideas are “bounced off” each other. This also often increases awareness and understanding of each other’s job roles. A considerable advantage to in-house training.

More Focused

More
Focused

In-house training allows courses to focus more on policies, procedures and skills specific to your business. It also allows candidates to ask questions and raise any particular issues they may have. Using real-life examples helps candidates to understand and retain the course content.

Post Training Support

Post-Training
Support

Our advice and guidance does not stop when the training finishes. Your employees will also benefit from online post-training support. As they start to implement what they have learnt, they may have questions they would like to ask. Our online post-course support will help them get these questions answered.

Success Rate Speaks For Itself

I found the whole experience from initially booking the Level 4 Health and Safety Course to completion a very educational journey. The whole Envesca team pull out all the stops to ensure you are well-equipped and ready for the training. We have used Envesca as our training provider for many years, and their success rate speaks for itself.

I have just finished my Level 4 Food Safety Course with Mel, and whilst I have completed the feedback form. I feel it did not give me the room to complete in-depth feedback on Mel and how she taught the course.

Having never completed an online Zoom course before, I was somewhat apprehensive. From the start and throughout the course, Mel put me at ease. Mel’s exclamations throughout the course were clear, concise and easy to understand. It was apparent throughout the course that Mel knew her subject extremely well, and on the infrequent occasions we had obscure questions (two questions), Mel was straight to the point, stating she did not know and had the answers within about an hour rather than trying to bluff the answer.

Whilst her teaching style appears relaxed, Mel was very professional and quickly got to know her students and their learning styles. I was a trainer for sixteen years for a national charity, so I have a good knowledge of the good and poorly run course. This was by far one of the best health and safety courses I have ever attended, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could please pass on to Mel my thanks for such an excellent course. I cannot rate Mel highly enough.

The Advanced Food Safety Refresher Course was brilliant! The trainer was very knowledgeable and expertly shared this with us, which was really helpful. I would describe the course using the following three words helpful, excellent and knowledgeable. The fact it was delivered via Zoom was brilliant, too, as it saved on travel and accommodation costs and was the best way to update my knowledge in these challenging times. The whole course was perfect – hats off to Mr Simon Ellis!!
