Consultancy Services

If you are not sure exactly what your requirements are, we would be happy to arrange a completely free of charge Health and Safety Review, worth £350. This service is completed online via Zoom. We will ask you lots of questions and then put together a free report for you which will include all our recommendations.

All of our packages are based on a minimum of a 24 month period.

No, this is not included in our Silver or Gold Packages.  However, for peace of mind, most of our customers ask us to carry out their Risk Assessments for them and we can happily do this for an additional charge.

Yes, we offer a wide range of consultancy services that are priced individually and are paid in full once the work is complete. However, it is important to point out that when we do consultancy work for you, the Health and Safety Executive would expect you to take ownership of the documents and manage them effectively. If health and safety is new to you, this can be a daunting task and in this situation we would recommend that you have some form of ongoing support.

No, the discount is available on our eLearning programmes as well as any training delivered at your premises.

Yes, any member of your team can contact us and the amount of email support is unlimited.

As part of our Safeguard Membership you would receive our monthly Spotlight on Safety email. This publication includes details of any changes in legislation, as well as sensible, practical advice on how to implement any changes required. Plus all Safeguard Members receive News Alerts, which are sent by email.

If you decide to cancel your membership after the initial minimum period, you simply need to inform us in writing, giving us 3 months’ notice.

Safeguard T100 Compliance Software

Our Safeguard T100 health and safety compliance tool is cloud-based software and app that helps you to manage and automate all your health and safety and food safety systems. Say goodbye to all your paper-based forms and records and hello to a digital easy-to-use system that will remind you and your team to carry out tasks, complete checklists, alert you when tasks have not been completed and generally ensure that your health and safety is up-to-date and compliant.

No, our system is cloud-based and just needs access to an internet connection.

The system comes complete with all 11 modules including Tasks and Alerts, Risk Assessments, Incident Manager, Checklists, Training Centre, Document Library, Safety Policies, Staff Handbook and Reports. There is an option to add the Asset Manager as an additional module, at a small additional cost.

No, the software is cloud based meaning all you need is a web enabled device and an internet connection.

The portal can we accessed using any type of electronic device such as PC, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.  You just need to have an internet connection.

Yes. The portal is mobile friendly and easily accessed via any web browser your device uses. Chrome is our preferred browser and is fully supported however, Safari, Firefox, Edge will work as well.

Once your agreement has been signed we will send you three documents to complete and return to us.  Once we receive this information we will build your account.  This usually takes approx. 48 hours.

Yes, our dedicated Customer Support Manager will help you to get started and provide all the help and support you need throughout your onboarding. They will provide support and training during your entire subscription. This includes regular phone calls, virtual online meetings, how-to videos, emails and webinars. Our software is very user friendly and we feel sure that you and your team will soon become very familiar with its capabilities.

We have made the set-up process as simple as possible and we will be there to help you every step of the way!  We have also created short “How-To” videos for additional support and guidance. Plus our support team is always available to answer any of your questions.

Your subscription is based on your number of employees and how many users you need.  This is agreed when you sign up. If, however, your employees numbers increase and you would like more users, you can contact us to make the necessary adjustments to your package.

When staff leave you can easily delete them from your account.  New staff can also easily be added, provided you do not exceed the agreed number of users.

Yes, we have three levels of users. A Manager User who can do everything – create, edit, delete and use. A Checklist User who can complete documents but cannot create new ones. A Document User who are simply read only users.

Yes. You can create master courses and decide how often these courses need to be renewed.  You can also decide how many days prior to the expiry date you would like to be notified. An email notification is sent to the employee and there is an option for their manager to be notified too.

Yes. You can create any checklists you like including the ability to add custom fields, criteria response sets, predefined answers, weighted scoring, plus you can run them offline using the app and set actions and non-conformances against the criteria.

Yes, your account will include a large selection of generic risk assessments for you to update and personalise. 

The Risk Assessment module also allows you to build your own specific risk assessments. Each risk can have before and after risk rating, images, documents, external links, reviews and actions. 

Yes. You can add training certificates within the Training Centre module.

Yes. The system has a template for COSHH Risk Assessments and the relevant Safety Data Sheets can be uploaded to the specific risk assessment.

Yes – there is a suite of over 30 Safety eLearning Courses available at a small additional cost.

Yes. The system can be programmed to alert Managers when specific actions take place such as an Accident Book Record being completed, or a Checklist not being completed or when a low score is achieved.

Yes.  In the Tasks Manager module, there is a feature called Task Schedule which allows you to create a recurring task and assign it to a member of your team.

Yes. In the Safe Systems of Work module you have the ability to create:

  • Safe Systems of Work
  • Method Statements
  • Permits to Work

 

Yes. Documents can be added to every module for evidence or tracking.

There is also a Document Library module where documents can be uploaded and also catagorised.  You can store things like Fire Alarm Tests, Pest Contractor Visit Reports, PAT Testing Records, Service Records etc.
