Highfield Level 3 Delivering Training
What’s It About?
This Level 3 Delivering Training qualification provides the perfect first step for new trainers. It is mainly aimed at those who will use pre-prepared training materials to deliver workplace training effectively.
This Delivering Training course focuses on the effective delivery of training. It allows candidates to develop planning, preparation, and delivery skills. This includes delivery methods, questioning techniques, and time management. The course will give you the expertise you need to carry out both in-house training to your team or external training for your customers.
It is a generic delivering training qualification. Therefore the skills can be applied to any type of training role whatever the business sector you are in.
What Will You Gain?
By attending this Delivering Training course, you will understand how to plan, deliver and evaluate training programmes. You will know how to make your training more inclusive, engaging and effective.
On returning to the workplace, you will have the confidence and skills needed to deliver effective training within your business.
Who Should Attend?
This Highfield Level 3 Award in Delivering Training course is ideal for anyone who has never delivered training before. But is equally ideal for trainers who want to reinvigorate their training skills. This could include managers, proprietors, learning and development managers, heads of department and team leaders.
This course is not suitable for anyone delivering publicly funded training or who need to assess as part of the training course i.e. first aid training; those people would need the five-day Level 3 Award in Education and Training qualification.
Why’s It Important?
No matter what type of training, everyone attending is entitled to a learning experience that respects diversity, enables participation, removes barriers and anticipates, and considers various learning needs and preferences. This course will teach you how to achieve this.
To train other members of your team or customers, you must also have the knowledge and skills in your chosen subject.
Just because someone has knowledge and skills in a specific subject, do not mean they are a good trainer. If you don’t feel confident teaching a class or you aren’t sure how to structure the session, your message will not be communicated or understood successfully.
