Mel’s career started in Facilities Management. She worked within various large organisations specialising in facilities management. Her roles involved all aspects of health and safety, staff welfare and building management.
Her career then took a different direction and she decided to follow her love of food. She worked in a number of restaurants
and developed a keen interest in food hygiene, nutrition and allergens.

Qualify At Home Remote Invigilation
The Highfield Level 3 Award in Auditing and Inspection Skills examination is taken using Highfield’s new Qualify at Home remote invigilation facility.
The exam consists of a 30 multiple-choice questions.
This service enables candidates to gain a nationally recognised qualification by taking an accredited examination online. A member of the Highfield team observes them doing their exam via a webcam and mobile phone.
An added bonus of taking the exam this way is that you get to know the result and receive the certificate much faster.
