The first aid course was really practical and excellently delivered. Richard paced the sessions well and made the course interesting and enjoyable.  The training was also clear and to the point. To sum up, I would say the course was  informative, excellent and dynamic!

    The fire marshal course has made me far more aware of the need to check everything from exits to extinguisher to signage.  Actually practising setting off an extinguisher was extremely helpful. I now feel confident that I know what to do if it was ever needed. The course was informative and fun and full of useful information.
