The health and safety course included a section on manual handling, which was useful for my daily work activities.  It also helps to make you more aware about your environment. The session was fun, informative and educational and I would recommend attending this course as it helps you to understand your daily work environment.

    The fire marshal course has made me far more aware of the need to check everything from exits to extinguisher to signage.  Actually practising setting off an extinguisher was extremely helpful. I now feel confident that I know what to do if it was ever needed. The course was informative and fun and full of useful information.
