I Didn’t Just Pass – I Received A Distinction
I recently attended the Level 4 Managing Food Safety in catering course. I was nervous and apprehensive having failed an attempt to complete online. I have dyslexia and find it hard to retain information so I would have been chuffed to bits with a pass. The team at Envesca were able to get me permission to type my paper and give me extra time. The trainer quickly put me and the other students at ease and had a natural easy manner. The work load was intensive and demanding but Alan delivered the training in bite size sections and in a manner that allowed me to be able to take the information in. There was homework to do but again Alan gave us study tips and advice, which really helped. The content was detailed and there was alot of information but it was well organised and there were a lot of example tests and exams. In conclusion, I didn’t just pass but received a Distinction! Thank you so much to Alan and all the team for your support and accommodating my needs, you were all fantastic!
