Positive Words Of Encouragement

The trainers manner with everyone was superb; engaging to a point that I felt I have known him for years. Best of all was his positive words of encouragement about the exams.  I have done a lot of courses over the years and the trainer has always made the difference when it comes to learning or not learning the subject. Simon made the difference for me.
