The Trainers Were Knowledgeable
I found the course interesting and informative. Both trainers were knowledgeable, friendly and happy to explain or expand on answers when asking a question. I will definitely use the knowledge I have gained from the course for our kitchen design. The knowledge I have gained will also help me identify risks whilst completing my HACCP plan.
