Award-Winning Accredited Training Online And Interactive via Zoom

This online virtual safety training offers all the benefits of face-to-face classroom training but is delivered online via Zoom straight to your home or work office. As our work changes, your company’s training requirements need to adapt and change too. With many employees now working from home, the need for virtual safety training has never been greater.

Our training hasn’t changed – it’s just got better!

A woman in a yellow jacket participates in a virtual meeting on a desktop computer, discussing onsite safety training. The screen displays a grid of nine people on the video call, with a bookshelf and plant visible in the background.

“Zoom training has become my favourite form of training. It’s time-saving and efficient.”

This new way of learning has plenty of additional benefits too including:

Save Money

The cost of our online Zoom courses are more cost-effective than our public classroom courses because there is no allocation for room hire and refreshments.

A simple purple line drawing of a car on a white circular background. The car, with its two wheels and boxy shape, is reminiscent of those used in virtual safety training modules.

No Travelling

You will save both time and money not having to travel to public venues. Just think – no more early starts and no more sitting in traffic queues!

Save the Planet

Online training is better for the environment. No omissions from car travel for both the trainer and candidates. No printed course materials as these are shared electronically.

A purple globe icon with arrows circling it clockwise, set against a white circular background, suggests global connectivity or movement, mirroring the expansive reach of virtual safety training.

Worldwide

Our courses are available for you from anywhere in the world. The only stipulation is you must be able to speak and write in English.

Stay Home

You can join our courses from the comfort of your own home or office. No costly staying away from home for you or the trainer, saving you money!

Cost Saving

Save money when we deliver online courses for your in-house team because there are no charges for the trainer’s travel or overnight accommodation.

Regulated Accredited Examination

The examination is taken using Highfield’s Qualify at Home remote invigilation facility. This service enables candidates to gain a nationally recognised qualification by taking an accredited examination online. A member of the Highfield team observes them doing their exam via a webcam and mobile phone. A bonus of taking the exam this way is that you get to know the result and receive your certificate much faster.

Zoom Features and Training Aids

Zoom has a whole host of interactive features that all add to the overall effectiveness of the training delivery. Below we describe some of these tools:

A circular white icon with blue outlines showcases two abstract oval shapes interconnected by lines and arrows, evoking a network or flowchart concept, ideal for illustrating virtual safety training modules.

Screen Sharing

Zoom allows the trainer and candidates to screen share across all desktop and mobile devices. This means that candidates can see both the trainer's screen and the other candidates. In addition, it allows the trainer to share a PowerPoint presentation, video, word document, an internet site, or anything on their computer!

Zoom Chat

If you remember MSN Messenger, you’ll have no problem using Zoom’s group messaging feature. Messages can be sent for all the group to see or privately to the trainer. This feature also lets everyone transmit files to each other.

A blue outline of a hand giving a thumbs-up inside a white circle with a blue border symbolizes approval, often used in virtual safety training. The wrist features a cuff with buttons, highlighting attention to detail and professionalism.

React with Emojis

If candidates are muted, they can still tell the trainer their thoughts with emoji reactions. For example, they can send a thumbs up or a clapping emoji to communicate without interrupting the course.

Icon of a pencil drawing lines, enclosed in a blue circle, symbolizing precision and clarity essential for virtual safety training.

Interactive Whiteboard

This feature allows the trainer and the candidates to write or draw on a whiteboard. Perfect for group exercises and mind mapping. The written notes can also be saved and sent to the candidates.

Icon depicting three people connected in a network, suggesting collaboration or team structure, much like participants in virtual safety training. The figures are outlined in blue on a white circular background.

Breakout Rooms

This feature allows candidates to split into small groups to work on group exercises. It’s a great facility and, in many ways, works better than classroom sessions because the candidates are not distracted by other groups discussing their answers.

Success Rate Speaks For Itself

I found the whole experience from initially booking the Level 4 Health and Safety Course to completion a very educational journey. The whole Envesca team pull out all the stops to ensure you are well-equipped and ready for the training. We have used Envesca as our training provider for many years, and their success rate speaks for itself.

I have just finished my Level 4 Food Safety Course with Mel, and whilst I have completed the feedback form. I feel it did not give me the room to complete in-depth feedback on Mel and how she taught the course.

Having never completed an online Zoom course before, I was somewhat apprehensive. From the start and throughout the course, Mel put me at ease. Mel’s exclamations throughout the course were clear, concise and easy to understand. It was apparent throughout the course that Mel knew her subject extremely well, and on the infrequent occasions we had obscure questions (two questions), Mel was straight to the point, stating she did not know and had the answers within about an hour rather than trying to bluff the answer.

Whilst her teaching style appears relaxed, Mel was very professional and quickly got to know her students and their learning styles. I was a trainer for sixteen years for a national charity, so I have a good knowledge of the good and poorly run course. This was by far one of the best health and safety courses I have ever attended, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could please pass on to Mel my thanks for such an excellent course. I cannot rate Mel highly enough.

The Advanced Food Safety Refresher Course was brilliant! The trainer was very knowledgeable and expertly shared this with us, which was really helpful. I would describe the course using the following three words helpful, excellent and knowledgeable. The fact it was delivered via Zoom was brilliant, too, as it saved on travel and accommodation costs and was the best way to update my knowledge in these challenging times. The whole course was perfect – hats off to Mr Simon Ellis!!
