Terms and Conditions

In-House Courses

An enquiry for an in-house course should be made initially by telephone or email. We will then send you a detailed proposal.

On acceptance of the proposal, you will receive a training agreement detailing all the terms and conditions.  This agreement should be signed and returned.

On receipt of a signed training agreement we will email confirmation of your booking.  Attached to the email will be joining instructions and our meet the trainer document for you to pass onto your candidates. We will also attach our invoice to this email confirmation.

Nearer to the start of the course we will email you a final details document for you to complete and return.  This is used to communicate important information to your trainer.  We will also request the candidate names and ask if there are any special arrangements needed.

For accredited courses, candidates are required to bring with them photographic identity, such as a full UK driving licence, passport, foreign identification card, work identification, rail card, student union card, EU card, proof of age card, disability card. Failure to provide personal ID may result in candidates being unable to take the examination.

Under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 it is the responsibility of our customers to provide a safe working environment for the training course to take place.
