Company expansion prompted Burford Garden Centre to enlist our services to ensure they were fully adhering to their legal responsibilities. Tailored in-house training along with a new Food Safety Management system helped pave the way to achieving their Five Star Food Hygiene Rating.

Empowering staff was a key requirement when Blue Earth Foods chose us as their training provider. Alongside Food Safety training, we also delivered courses in Negotiation and Leadership. This holistic approach developed better communication, with staff keen to implement new ideas.

Back in 2014 with our expert support, a training plan was created to better support the senior management team with their health and safety responsibilities. The managers were really impressed with the quality of the training and continue to use our training services to-date.

With our help the team at Bradfords introduced a new health and safety management system into their business. We supported the team to carry out vital risk assessments, identified gaps in their training provision and delivered various courses to bring the staff up to speed.

Having worked with Cheltenham College for over 10 years, it’s been our pleasure to keep the team up to date with food safety and health and safety legislation, as well as train their new recruits. Our expertise also allows the college to continually improve their Management Systems.
