Emergency First Aid Training Saves Lives! Could you live with the loss of someone’s life on your conscience?
First aid can be the difference between a life lost and a life saved. Whether it’s a minor situation or something more serious, the knowledge gained from first aid training will give you and your team the confidence to act. You could be the difference between life and death.
A first aid needs analysis should determine the exact level of first aid coverage and the training course you need.
Why not use the handy First Aid Needs Analysis Calculator to help assess your business needs?
First aid really can be the difference between a life lost and a life saved. Whether it’s a minor situation or something more serious, the knowledge gained from first aid training will give you and your team the confidence to act.
You could be the difference between life and death.
The exact level of first aid cover and the first aid training course you need should be determined by a first aid needs analysis.
The law holds the business owner responsible
The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 require you to provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and personnel to ensure your employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. All workplaces need to appoint someone to take charge of first-aid arrangements. This applies even if you are self-employed or a sole trader. Failure to comply with these guidelines or a disregard for the safety of your staff, customers, visitors and contractors could result in substantial fines or even prosecution.
What this means to you?
You first need to conduct a first aid training needs analysis to identify the first aid requirements for your business. Once you have done this, you must ensure that you provide the required first aid equipment and have suitable and sufficient arrangements. This includes the correct number of correctly trained staff.
Accredited Training
Most of our first aid training courses are accredited by Qualsafe Awards, one of the UK’s leading Awarding Organisations.
This means that candidates undertake an invigilated examination at the end of a training course, and successful candidates will achieve a recognised qualification. There are lots of benefits of accredited first aid training; these include:
- Accredited training boosts staff retention by satisfying employee ambitions and goals.
- Provides regulatory bodies, such as Environmental Health and the Health and Safety Executive, confidence in your business operation.
- Training your team to set standards helps improve your company’s performance.
- Highly trained, knowledgeable, and skilled staff leads to higher levels of customer satisfaction.

What Our Customers Say About Us
Using Envesca was really easy, after a brief chat with Sue to decide what we wanted to cover, we booked the date, completed a short booking form, so quick and easy. The team learnt some new first aid skills and the feedback was very positive. I think they enjoyed practicing the Heimlich manoeuvre, it was fun, but the important message of helping someone who is choking still got across. Envesca covers many topics not just first aid and I would highly recommend them.

I completed a Level 3 First Aid Course with Envesca. I highly recommend them. The course leader was thorough and answered all questions asked by the other candidates in detail. The course leader had his own unique spin on teaching and as a result the information that was taught stuck with me. I came away highly satisfied. I was very nervous about attending a level 3 course as I wasn’t sure what it would entail. The course leader reassured me and made me feel comfortable.

I recently attended a mixed group Level 3 First Aid Course with trainer Richard Smith. Richard was totally brilliant, very helpful, clear and informative. From start to finish Envesca were amazing. Along with being held in a great venue, every bit of information was very clear and resulted in the best group course I have attended. I would recommend Envesca without worry. Many thanks.

I recently attended an Emergency First Aid course. Having had a bereavement in the family this year, I was unsure how I would cope with CPR training. After a quiet word with my trainer, I was put at ease. The class was great and informative, and I felt a lot more confident in myself. Thank you.

The First Aid course was delivered in an engaging way, covering many different areas. Despite there being a lot of content to absorb, the day flew by and thankfully the information has been retained. The trainer was very knowledgeable and shared real-life experiences, which aided the learning.
