There are so many benefits to using Safeguard T100 Compliance Software that you’ll wonder how you ever managed to cope without it. Here are just a few of the great features.
Risk Assessments
With Safeguard’s T100 comprehensive library, you can build a tailor-made collection of risk assessment templates. The Safeguard T100 software offers complete functionality to create, review and monitor a full range of risk assessments, providing performance-related information. You can then assign risk assessment actions to your team members and monitor when actions have been completed. All the data is stored securely in the cloud, so it’s ready to access and update whenever you need it.
Method Statements
Method statements are useful for outlining the processes required to safely complete tasks at work.
The Safe Systems of Work tool means you can print a blank method statement for any workplace procedures. These can then be used to ensure that safety procedures are observed and easily implemented using the rest of the Safeguard T100 system.
Safe Systems Of Work
Safe systems of work are an important part of risk assessments and help to achieve a controlled completion of work with minimum risk.
By using the Safeguard T100 you’ll have access to a wide variety of Safe Systems of Work templates, including Permits to Work, Method Statements and Safe Working Procedures.
Incident Manager
Safeguard T100 has features to help you reduce or eliminate the potential for incidents within your business. By using the system’s reporting tool you’ll be able to identify trends in data and analyse the root causes of incidents. If there is such an incident, Safeguard T100 has tools and forms – including near miss, dangerous occurrences, violence and bullying – to help you record, report, investigate and fully document occurrences.
Forms And Checklists
Checklists are a straightforward way of checking your health and safety compliance as well as highlighting non-compliance and assigning responsibility to people within the organisation for rectifying these issues. The Safeguard T100 system includes a comprehensive selection of checklists and inspections that can be printed in a blank form or completed via the system.
Safety Policy
As an employer, preparing and revising a statement of your company’s Health and Safety Policy and Food Safety Policy is a legal requirement. Safeguard T100 gives you the tools to create, print and update your safety policy using pre-prepared best-practice templates that can be modified to suit your organisation.
Permits To Work
For work classified as ‘high risk’, certain safety regulations have to be observed. Like a method statement, a permit to work ensures that your workplace adheres to a high standard of health and safety practice. It also authorises workers to complete high risk tasks, listing the safeguards necessary to
help the processes go smoothly.
Information Library
The Safeguard T100’s Information Library is a comprehensive resource that gives you access to the legislation, guidance and information that’s relevant to you. It’s regularly updated by CMIOSH consultants and is presented in an easy-to-read summary so that you can select the applicable documents and create a bespoke collection of legislation.
Reports
With Safeguard T100, you can choose between a pre-made company report, customise your own, or select from your saved bank of favourite reports. You can then view reports as summarised lists or charts that can be customised to meet your requirements. For security, you can also restrict access to certain staff levels.
Training Matrix
With the Safeguard T100’s training matrix, employers can fulfil the important task of keeping records of ongoing training. These serve to track training and enable employers to be reminded when repeat training is necessary. The system also comes with a host of ready to use toolbox talks and also the ability to create your own.
Task And Alerts
The Task Manager is an essential tool for keeping track of important tasks. Managers can allocate tasks to themselves or other employees whilst completing checklists, incident forms or risk assessments. Adhoc
unrelated tasks can also be created and these can be set as a recurring task. Automated reminders are sent to you directly via email.
Asset Manager
By using the Safeguard T100’s Asset Management facility, you’ll be able to keep track of your company’s assets and assign assets to different categories on the system, then record inspections for each piece of equipment or all equipment within a category. Details of inspections, services and repairs can also be recorded, and reports of asset lists and inspection reminders can be viewed.

Success Rate Speaks For Itself
I found the whole experience from initially booking the Level 4 Health and Safety Course to completion a very educational journey. The whole Envesca team pull out all the stops to ensure you are well-equipped and ready for the training. We have used Envesca as our training provider for many years, and their success rate speaks for itself.

I have just finished my Level 4 Food Safety Course with Mel, and whilst I have completed the feedback form. I feel it did not give me the room to complete in-depth feedback on Mel and how she taught the course.
Having never completed an online Zoom course before, I was somewhat apprehensive. From the start and throughout the course, Mel put me at ease. Mel’s exclamations throughout the course were clear, concise and easy to understand. It was apparent throughout the course that Mel knew her subject extremely well, and on the infrequent occasions we had obscure questions (two questions), Mel was straight to the point, stating she did not know and had the answers within about an hour rather than trying to bluff the answer.
Whilst her teaching style appears relaxed, Mel was very professional and quickly got to know her students and their learning styles. I was a trainer for sixteen years for a national charity, so I have a good knowledge of the good and poorly run course. This was by far one of the best health and safety courses I have ever attended, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could please pass on to Mel my thanks for such an excellent course. I cannot rate Mel highly enough.

The Advanced Food Safety Refresher Course was brilliant! The trainer was very knowledgeable and expertly shared this with us, which was really helpful. I would describe the course using the following three words helpful, excellent and knowledgeable. The fact it was delivered via Zoom was brilliant, too, as it saved on travel and accommodation costs and was the best way to update my knowledge in these challenging times. The whole course was perfect – hats off to Mr Simon Ellis!!
