Your Questions Answered About Our Safeguard and Consultancy Services

To help you make your decision about working with Envesca, we have put together a list of some of the more frequently asked questions.

How do I know which of your services is best suited to my needs?

If you are not sure exactly what your requirements are, we would be happy to arrange a completely free of charge Health and Safety Review, worth £295. This service completed either in person or via Zoom. We will ask you lots of questions and then put together a free report for you which will include all our recommendations.

What is the minimum contract period for your Safeguard Plus service?

All of our packages are based on a minimum of a 24 month period.

If we decide to sign up for Safeguard Silver and then find that we would actually benefit from some of the more personal aspects of Safeguard Gold, would we be allowed to switch packages?

Yes, this would be no problem.

Does the Safeguard Gold package include carrying out Risk Assessments for us?

No, this is not included in our Silver or Gold Packages.  However, for peace of mind, most of our customers ask us to carry out their Risk Assessments for them and we can happily do this for an additional charge.

Can you just write our Health and Safety Policy Statement and Risk Assessments for us without an ongoing monthly fee?

Yes, we offer a wide range of consultancy services that are priced individually and are paid in full once the work is complete. However, it is important to point out that when we do consultancy work for you, the Health and Safety Executive would expect you to take ownership of the documents and manage them effectively. If health and safety is new to you, this can be a daunting task and in this situation we would recommend that you have some form of ongoing support.

The packages that you offer do not exactly fit our needs?

We are more than happy to tailor a package to meet your specific needs.

Does the discount on training included in your Safeguard packages only apply to your public courses?

No, the discount is available on our eLearning programmes as well as any training delivered at your premises.

Is the amount of email support limited to just one person, or can other members of my team contact you?

Yes, any member of your team can contact us and the amount of email support is unlimited.

How would I be kept up to date will any legal changes?

As part of our Safeguard Membership you would receive our monthly Spotlight on Safety email. This publication includes details of any changes in legislation, as well as sensible, practical advice on how to implement any changes required. Plus all Safeguard Members receive News Alerts, which are sent by email.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you decide to cancel your membership after the initial minimum period, you simply need to inform us in writing, giving us 3 months’ notice.
