What’s It About?
Are you self-aware? Do you have a plan for your personal and professional development?
Self-awareness is about understanding who you are, your strengths and weaknesses, drives and personalities, habits, and values.
By understanding your strengths, weaknesses, habits, and values, you become aware of the areas you may wish to focus on or develop to maximise your existing skills.
Organisations can utilise employees’ self-awareness to create a tailored development that builds on existing skills and develops new ones, potentially addressing shortages within the existing workforce.
This Personal Development eLearning course is designed to help you understand your emotions, strengths, weaknesses, and sense of worth and create a personal action plan from this newfound awareness.
You will understand what self-awareness and personal development are and the importance of taking time to reflect and assess your strengths, weaknesses and aspirations.
This Personal Development eLearning course will provide you with the tools to effectively self-assess and set realistic goals for personal development. Finally, you will understand that by being self-aware and taking positive steps, they can positively impact all areas of their lives and effectively embrace change.
