Having set up the company in 1996, Simon is the Operations Director and co-owner of the business. With over 26 years’ experience in food safety and health and safety, Simon heads up the team of consultants. Simon is passionate about helping customers to create a positive health and safety culture within their business.
Simon’s friendly, professional approach and his enthusiasm for the subjects he teaches makes him an excellent trainer. He is proud to have won the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Best Health and Safety Trainer Award for 2009 and Best Food Safety Trainer Award for 2010.
