Course Description

What’s It About?

Neurodiversity is the idea that people experience and interact with the world in many different ways, and that these differences in how our brains work are normal and valuable parts of human diversity.

It recognises that neurological variations such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette’s syndrome, and others are simply different ways of experiencing and interacting with the world. The neurodiversity movement promotes acceptance, inclusion, and understanding, encouraging workplaces, schools, and communities to adapt environments and expectations so that everyone regardless of neurotype can thrive and contribute their strengths.
