Highfield Level 1 Award in the Principles of Fire Safety Awareness
What’s It About?
This Level 1 Fire Safety Awareness course is perfect if you need to train your employees in basic fire safety techniques. The course will give them a clear understanding of everyone’s responsibilities under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
Who Should Attend?
This half-day course is designed for all employees in any size business within any industry sector.
This course is not suitable for those with fire safety responsibilities, such as fire wardens, fire marshals, managers, team leaders or supervisors. They would need to attend the Level 2 Award in Fire Safety Principles.
Why’s It Important?
You have a legal obligation under fire safety legislation to provide your employees with essential knowledge about fire safety. This knowledge will help them to prevent a fire from starting as well as what actions to take if a fire does break out.
If you don’t ensure that all employees attend fire safety awareness training as a minimum then you, your business, your employees and your customers are at risk.
