Course Description
What’s It About?
In accordance with The Licensing Act 2003 (England and Wales), licensed premises must have at least one personal licence holder. This course covers the knowledge required to achieve a Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders qualification.
After completing this eLearning course, you must also complete an online invigilated examination to gain the full accredited qualification. Candidates must be over the age of 18 and be able to produce ID when attending the examination.

How’s It Assessed?
This online Personal Licence Holders course is assessed by multiple-choice questions at the end of the course. Candidates must score 100% to pass.
If the candidate does not achieve 100% the first time, they will be taken back to review the module they have struggled with. They can then retry the multiple-choice questions as many times as necessary to pass the course.
They will receive an electronic copy of your certificate immediately upon completion of the course. This certificate may be printed and used as evidence that you have been trained in personal licencing laws.

The eLearning Personal Licence Holders course alone does not provide a qualification. To gain the full qualification to achieve the recognised Level 2 Award in Personal Licence Holders qualification, you must sit an invigilated examination. The cost of this course does include the cost of the remotely invigilated online examination.
