Partner Logistics - Case Study
Partner Logistics is a fast-growing logistics service provider with an international network of innovative warehouses.

Due to a staff member moving on, a void in the Partner Logistics knowledge was identified. The site managers were initially tasked with compliance and keeping up to date with current legislation. Still, due to operational pressures, it was difficult for them to stay abreast of all that was needed, specifically in the areas of health and safety management and HACCP training.
To maintain compliance with British Retail Consortium (BRC) requirements and satisfy their customer’s expectations, it was necessary to ensure the company had the requisite skills in-house.
The company started working with Envesca in March 2012 when Richard Bufton, UK Operations support, attended a Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace course. Richard then attained Levels 3 and 4 Health and Safety qualifications before qualifying in Risk Assessment and HACCP. He further enhanced his training and auditing skills by successfully completing the Level 3 Awards in Training Skills and Practice and the Level 3 Award in Effective Auditing and Inspection Skills.
Due to Richard’s increased knowledge, his employers and colleagues now know that they can rely on his judgement and expertise. He finds it easier to communicate the needs of legislation and Regulation to all in the company with more confidence and eloquence than he would have been able to before the training.
