What’s It About?

This one-day Level 3 Food Safety in Catering Refresher course ensures you are up to date on any changes in legislation since you initially achieved your qualification.  As a result, your knowledge of food safety principles and systems will be renewed and refreshed.

This course is ideal for anyone who has previously achieved the Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering certificate.  During the course, you will be reminded of your supervisory duties. You will be reminded of how to effectively manage food safety culture within your business.

Under the Food Safety Act 1990 and the Food Hygiene Regulations you must ensure that those within your business who are responsible for developing and maintaining your food safety management procedures.
