Osagi Obadagbonyi - Case Study

Personal development is more than just working on talents you already have; it’s about growing, becoming more aware and gaining valuable abilities that you can use to make an impact in this world.

Osagie Case Study

One such person who is committed to constantly improving their personal development and taking quantum leaps in their career is Envesca’s Customer of the Year 2017, Osagie Obadagbonyi.

For the past 12+ years, Osagie has gained a wealth of health and safety and food safety qualifications and has personally funded each training course himself.

Back in 2005, Osagie was looking for a quality-training provider in London.  He had set his mind on exactly the type of company he was looking for and expecting, but no one in his area matched his criteria. When he widened his search further, he came across Envesca.

Initially starting with a Level 2 in Food Safety, Osagie has worked his way through all qualification levels, attending the Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in 2017.  Many health and safety qualifications, including Manual Handling, Fire Safety and First Aid, with the latest achievement being the IOSH Managing Safety qualification, have supported this.

Osagie remembers,From the first phone conversation, I realised that Envesca was highly organised and professional. They provided a personal touch and went the extra mile to ensure my requirements were met.”

Empowering staff was a key requirement when Blue Earth Foods chose us as their training provider. Alongside Food Safety training, we also delivered courses in Negotiation and Leadership. This holistic approach developed better communication, with staff keen to implement new ideas.

For a number of years we have supported Newent Community School to create and develop a safe and healthy environment for staff, students and visitors. Training has been key in maintaining compliance and covers a wide scope of areas from Food Safety to asbestos awareness.

Given the responsibility to train the security team in her new role, Claire lacked confidence in delivery and course planning. With our guidance she achieved the Highfield Level 3 Delivering Training qualification giving her the tools to create, implement and deliver numerous training packages.
